Do I need to buy the course and workbook separately? +

Yes. The video course ($97, lifetime access on Intentional.U) and the print workbook ($34.95, available through IngramSpark) are separate purchases. Both work together for the best experience, but each can be used independently. If you join Wellness BOSS, the video course is included in your membership.

Is there a refund policy? +

Refund requests for the video course must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
