Like many people who enter the helping profession, my journey began with a desire to understand people and help them navigate life's challenges.
Over the years, I noticed a common pattern. Many individuals only focused on mental health when they were in crisis. They often had little access to practical resources that could help them strengthen emotional wellness before stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, or life transitions became overwhelming.
What if mental health was approached the same way we approach physical health?
Most people understand the importance of daily habits for physical wellness, but few are taught daily habits for emotional wellness. That realization became a turning point in my career.
I recognized that people needed more than awareness. They needed practical skills, simple tools, and everyday strategies they could consistently apply outside of a therapy office.
That vision eventually led to the creation of Design Life Hub.
I began asking myself a simple question.
People needed more than therapy appointments. They needed a lifestyle built on strong mental wellness skills. Skills they could practice every day, in every season of life. That became the foundation for everything I now create.
My mission is to help people build lives supported by strong mental and emotional wellness skills, whether they are navigating everyday stress or leading others through change.
People who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, improve emotional regulation, reduce burnout, and create healthier patterns for everyday life.
