• wellness-boss.com and the Wellness BOSS membership community
• The Intentional.U learning platform
• All landing pages, funnels, email programs, and digital products
• Print products sold through Design Life Hub and affiliated retail platforms
• Speaking engagements and training programs

Use of Our Websites

You may use our websites and services for lawful purposes only. You agree to use our platforms in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Permitted Use

• Accessing and using content for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Downloading free resources for personal use after providing required information
• Purchasing products and services for your own use
• Participating in community membership programs according to community guidelines

Prohibited Use

Not a Substitute for Therapy

While Dr. LaQuenta Long is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, her role within Design Life Hub is as an educator, author, and content creator. The information provided through Design Life Hub platforms does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

Products and Services

Design Life Hub offers a range of products and services including free resources, digital products, print products, online courses, membership communities, and speaking engagements. Each product or service may have additional specific terms that apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time with or without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Digital Products

Digital products including downloadable PDFs, workbooks, worksheets, guides, and other digital files are licensed for your personal use only. Upon purchase or opt-in, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes.

• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce digital products
• You may not use digital products for commercial purposes without written permission
• Digital products are delivered electronically and access is granted upon receipt of payment or opt-in confirmation
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated

Courses and Memberships

Access to online courses and membership communities such as Wellness BOSS and the Intentional.U platform is subject to the following terms:

Access

• Course and membership access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared
• Access begins upon receipt of payment and confirmation
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms or community guidelines

Membership Billing

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as stated at the time of purchase
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule selected
• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period

Community Guidelines

Members of the Wellness BOSS community and other Design Life Hub membership programs agree to:

• Treat all members and facilitators with respect and dignity
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by other members
• Not record, screenshot, or share private community content without permission
• Engage in a manner that supports a positive and safe community environment

Violation of community guidelines may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

Print Products

Print products including journals, planners, workbooks, and other physical items are available for purchase through Design Life Hub and affiliated retail platforms including Amazon and Etsy.

• Orders placed through third-party platforms such as Amazon or Etsy are subject to those platforms' terms and policies
• Shipping times and costs vary based on the fulfillment partner and your location
• Design Life Hub is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of purchase for one-time products
• Recurring membership payments are charged automatically on the billing cycle selected
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to courses or memberships

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy varies by product type:

Digital Products and Free Downloads

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed.

Online Courses

Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Print Products

Refunds or exchanges for print products purchased directly through Design Life Hub may be requested within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in original condition. For print products purchased through Amazon or Etsy, please follow those platforms' return policies.

Speaking Engagements

Cancellation and refund terms for speaking engagements are outlined in the individual speaking agreement signed at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on Design Life Hub platforms is the intellectual property of Design Life Hub and Dr. LaQuenta Long unless otherwise noted. This includes but is not limited to:

• Written content, blog posts, articles, and educational materials
• Course content, videos, audio recordings, and transcripts
• Workbooks, journals, planners, and printable resources
• The Wellness B.O.S.S. Framework and all associated frameworks and methodologies
• Brand names, logos, taglines, and visual identity elements
• Website design, graphics, and user interface elements
• Books and published works including Micro Conversations

User Conduct

When participating in any Design Life Hub community, program, or platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and consistent with our community values.

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful to others
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is promotional or commercial in nature without prior approval

Design Life Hub reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any user account that violates these conduct standards.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Design Life Hub websites, content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• Our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using our content or programs will meet your specific expectations
• Any errors in our content or platforms will be corrected

Results from using Design Life Hub products, courses, and programs vary by individual. Testimonials and examples shared are not guarantees of similar results for all users.

Limitation of Liability
